One of the questions I have learned to ask clients when meeting with them casually or sending a survey is this: “If you could wave a magic wand and get any technology you want, what would you wish for and why?” I’m going to attempt to answer that question myself. When it comes to higher ed technology, what would I want with that magic wand?
