FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Higher Ed AV announces the inaugural “Higher Ed AV Awards” as the official industry-specific honors ceremony for the higher education vertical. The 2023 ceremony will be held live on Monday, June 12, at the Orlando Improv Theatre at Pointe Orlando, serving as the higher ed kick-off to InfoComm week, and will become an annual InfoComm week tradition. Event admission includes a plated dinner, full open bar, and evening of celebrating their peers’ accomplishments, including the induction of the first ever Higher Ed AV Hall-of-Fame class.

Awards will be judged by an independent panel of higher ed subject matter experts. Nominations close on May 12, 2023, with the finalists being announced in the following weeks.
Nominations are complimentary for people awards, with nominal fees for project and product awards. Manufacturers and integrators are encouraged to join with their respective higher ed partners to submit for recognition and attend the together. Finalists and winners will be recognized at the event, with winners presented plaques to display at their InfoComm booths, and forever recognized as a 2023 recipient at HigherEdAV.com.
