“Let’s Talk Money… What Do Annual Merit Increases Look Like This Year”
It appears that budgets are still a huge impact to our campuses with over 1/3 of us getting smaller raises due to the current budget situation or recession planning. Encouragingly, however, 16% are getting inflation adjustments, which could indicate that institutions are looking to make sure their staff are secure as we move more post-pandemic. 1/3 are getting the standard increase they would see every year.
