“On Location” with ARHT at ISE 2023

Day 3 of ISE 2023 led me to the booth of a company called ARHT where they gave us a look at their technology that enables distance communication and presentation via 3D hologram. It was really unlike anything else I saw at the show. They can reproduce a speaker with a life-size 3D presence anywhere in the world with just 0.3 seconds latency. We chat about the higher-ed uses for this technology and… as if I’m not already everywhere… they made a 3D hologram of me right in the booth.
