Holiday Break Projects?!?!

“Are you planning projects for holiday break?”

This has been the most balanced poll ever with a three way tie! Nearly a third of you are going strong with installation projects over holiday break, one-third are installing because the rooms are available, and nearly one-third are doing a handful of fixes. Looking into this, nearly 60% are in full swing getting upgrades completed. That’s a lot! On the flip side, only 13% are taking the time fully off and focusing on rest and relaxation.

Opinion: If the pandemic taught us anything, there’s nothing more important than our physical and mental health. Be like the 13% and give your people an opportunity to enjoy the holidays with thier families and friends. Yes, there may need to be some emergency fixes to do, but contract it out, manage it during study and move-in weeks. Our people work hard all year and all summer. Holiday break should be sacred.
