Welcome to CX Recs! This is where you can come every month for recommendations on how to improve your customer’s experience. I have spent a lot of time with a wide array of people and have worked in a variety of fields. These experiences have given me the opportunity to learn more about different personality types and truly understanding a customer’s journey.
In this month’s episode or CX Recs, I give you an introduction of who I am and an overview of what I have done. I also offer the recommendation of talking to your customer. This is a simple recommendation that I give to so many people that will almost instantly boost your customer’s experience.
Meet the guy you just listened to
Jimmie Singleton is a Senior Support Analyst at the University of Southern California. In his role at USC, he oversees the customer experience team for classroom support. He got his start in AV as a live sound engineer and experienced many different environments from live entertainment to large-scale corporate events. With this experience, Jimmie has dealt with a large number of very different customers and fell in love with the customer journey. He has a proven track record of increasing customer experience ratings in many different environments and loves to innovate new standards and success measures.
