“How are you feeling about job security in higher ed AV?”

Higher ed is breaking the AV labor trend. 81% of our people believe that we are hot or warm, with our jobs feeling secure. Does that mean we’re growing and being invested in? It seems so. It appears that our institutions are recognizing our value and need for AV to be properly supported for success.

Only 19% feel like we are stable and treading water. There is only a small feeling of changing tides to worry, which is a positively low number. And surprisingly, nobody suggests that we are cold and in a negative situation. This is surprising as we see the greater industry going through major layoffs. This goes to prove the job security, benefits, and balance that comes from working in our vertical.
