(1) Impact internal to their role in the period from 1/1/2022-5/22/2023. (“How well did they do their job?”)
(2) Impact external to their role in the period from 1/1/2022-5/22/2023. (“How did the results impact others?”)
(3) Quality and completeness of reference(s) provided. One required, two additional optional.
(4) Quality and completeness of supporting documentation.
(5) Alignment of nominee’s daily role to the submitted category.
